Hi, I'm Leah, the Business Development Manager at Opes Property Management.

My role is working with investors and building strong and trusted relationships with our clients. As a like-minded investor myself, I am dedicated to my clients and the individual needs of the investment - your asset will thrive through the service that I deliver. My knowledge, and expertise in the market are backed by her 7 years of experience in the property management industry.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends! I am also very dedicated to the gym, classic cars, and fishing.

Hi I'm Tiffany the Property Manager Team Leader for Opes Property Management (Auckland).

Growing up in a home with avid investor parents, discussing rental yields, adding value & tenancy terms was always regular dinner table conversation. I love talking property and real estate at any chance I get. Being able to help investors through any curve balls that rental properties can sometimes throw at them. To having tenants feel they can truly feel at home in their rental property. These are some of the best bits of my job! Having owned my own property management business, I understand the importance of good systems and processes in order to provide a top-level service for our clients. I actively like to stay ahead of all of the ever-changing compliance regulations set out in the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.

In any spare time, you'll find me, spending time with my young family, doing DIY reno's or planning out big dream reno's to our project house or having a glass of rose or a gin and tonic with friends in the sun - preferably with a good antipasto platter!

Hi, I’m Jess, a passionate property management professional with three years of experience in the industry. I’m passionate about providing excellent customer service in my role as Property Manager at Opes, and take great pride in my work. 

When not at work, you can find me hanging out with my dogs and enjoying my weekends to the fullest!

Hi, I'm Richel, a Property Manager at Opes Property Management with 7 years in the property management industry. I am passionate about providing the best possible service to both property investors and tenants and always making people feel like they are well looked after.
Outside of work, I am spending time with my young family, always busy with sports and any outdoor activity.

Hi, I’m Arvind, a Property Manager at Opes Property Management. With around a decade of experience in the property management industry, I’m passionate about finding the perfect rental match for both tenants and owners. By bringing together the right people and properties, I strive to create the perfect living arrangements that benefit everyone involved.

Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying time with family and friends, unwinding with some great music, and tackling projects around the house and beyond.

Hi I’m Carmel, a Property Manager at Opes Property Management.  

I have always had an affinity for home ownership and property investment. Through my marketing and business operations background, I have been inspired by people I have met to follow a career path in the property industry. Starting as a rental accounts administrator, I moved in to the role as leasing agent for our stellar team, I now own my own property, and manage a portfolio of investment properties across Auckland. I am constantly expanding my knowledge within the industry and enjoy the compliance side of property management.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, walking my dog, gardening, or adventuring outdoors.

I’ve been in the property industry for over 2.5 years, and I love what I do. My goal is to provide landlords with a service they can rely on while making sure tenants feel well looked after - it’s all about creating great experiences for everyone.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with a good book, out in nature, or playing sport.

Hi, I’m Gill, the Leasing Agent at Opes Property Management.

With a strong background in real estate, I specialise in connecting quality tenants with the right properties and ensuring a seamless leasing process for our investors.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors on nature walks with my husband, two sons, and our dog. I’m also passionate about food and staying active. As a former New Zealand White Sox player, I bring a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and commitment to everything I do.

Hi I’m Tom the Business Development Manager at Opes Property Management.

My role involves working with investors who are both starting and continuing their investment journey. I assist them in coming onboard with us and help them navigate the path towards getting great tenants into their property.

I have experience in both the public and private sectors across various fields, including four years focused on housing and Property Management. This has provided me with the wide range of knowledge required to answer the tricky questions new investors sometimes have.

I’m personally passionate about property investment and continuing to grow my own portfolio. I genuinely enjoy discussing the ins and outs of the tenancy process and the current rental markets so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Outside of work, I'm passionate about classic cars, rugby, and somewhat average DIY projects. But above all, I'm dedicated to my family. They are the cornerstone of my life, the reason I wake up every morning with purpose and drive and everything I do is with their well-being and happiness in mind.

Hi, I’m Caitlin, the Property Manager Team Leader here at Opes Property Management (Christchurch). 

My day involves meeting people face to face and organising viewings, inspections, and maintenance. I’ve spent 8 years in customer service, so it’s fair to say I love working with people. I have been in property management for the last 3+ years. 

On the weekends, you’ll find me on the netball court playing or coaching and spending time with my close-knit family.

My job is to take care of all of the aspects of a tenancy. Ensuring your property is well looked after, by great tenants. I particularly enjoy the face to face interaction with our clients and tenants.

Hi, I'm Kim, property manager here at Opes Property Management.

I am passionate about my role and thrive on sharing my 18 plus years of knowledge in this challenging field of property management. I pride myself with the way I can connect with all walks of life, conflict management, and my skills to select the best tenant for a client. I have an eye for detail- spotting any potential issues at an inspection.

When I do not have the Property Management hat on, I love the forest, beach, and wetlands around my home, watching the wildlife, gardening, and being a great mum and wife.

Hi, I’m Danielle and I’m a Property Manager here at Opes Property Management.

In my day-to-day role, I oversee a diverse portfolio of properties and help to find great tenants for owners so they have confidence that their investment is being managed efficiently.

Outside of my busy work week, my 2.5 year old daughter keeps me on my toes. We love spending quality time together, whether it be painting pictures or playing at the playground, we always have lots of fun!

My role involves looking after all tenancy aspects for investors properties including conducting viewings, applicant checking, routine inspections, arrears and maintenance monitoring.

I have a passion for all things property related and also hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Company Management. I transitioned into property management to leverage my extensive background in customer service and business management to support property investors and tenants in achieving their objectives through attentive service and building positive relationships.

I love interacting with people and ensuring their needs are met so Property Management is a great fit for me.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the gym, playing football, and other outdoor activities. I believe in balancing my professional and personal life with enthusiasm and dedication.

I liaise with our property owners and tenants to maintain a positive relationship and ensure smooth sailing in all aspects of a tenancy. I have a passion for property management which reflects in my dedication to finding the right tenant, to ensuring properties are well maintained so you can be confident your investment is being well looked after.

When I am not working you will find me exploring all that Christchurch has to offer, and hanging out with family and friends.

I’m passionate about Property Management and have 15 year’s experience in the industry. I’m committed to making sure that both owners and tenants are happy. I have a genuine care for the spaces I manage and the people who inhabit them. I thrive on solving problems, handling maintenance challenges and providing outstanding customer service.

In the weekends you will find me in the garden, spending time with family and friends or walking my 2 dogs.

Hi, I’m Sam. I manage the accounts here at Opes Property Management, and provide administration support to the Property Asset Managers. Prior to joining this wonderful team I worked as an architectural technician and designer, and have completed an additional degree in Art History and Psychology.

I have a young family now, so lots of my spare time is devoted to them. I drag them along on all the things I love to do; swimming, spending time at the beach, and exploring Christchurch and the surrounding areas.
